DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

This data protection notice has been prepared by EFE MARKET EQUIPMENT AND INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. (“Company”) in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) in order to inform you, in the capacity of data controller, about the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data, and your related rights.

  1. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically, by our Company for the purpose of providing our products and services accurately and completely within the legal framework, and for the Company to fulfill its contractual and legal obligations.

Based on these legal grounds, your personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes set forth in Articles (2) and (3) of this notice, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Depending on the product, service, or commercial activity offered by our Company, your personal data may be collected through automated or non-automated means, including our offices, dealers, website, social media platforms, and similar channels, either verbally, in writing, or electronically. As long as you continue to benefit from our products and services, your personal data may be processed and updated.

In addition, your personal data may be processed when you visit our website, contact our Company, or participate in training sessions, seminars, or events organized by the Company.

  • To travel agencies abroad, for visa and travel arrangements related to campaign activities.
  1. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding your rights (as outlined in Article 11 of the KVKK) in writing or through methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

As the Authority has not yet defined an alternative method, applications must be submitted to the Company in writing. The procedures and channels for written applications are as follows:

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, please submit your request, including necessary identification details and a clear statement of your rights, via one of the following methods:
